last training today and it actually ended early! woohoo! it's the first and the last time as well lo. tmr will be the grooming session which teaches us how to have a professional image. juz hope tat i can blend in well with the rest and not be picked up for analysis. hurr.

went to pasta de waraku for the first time on tuesday. and had difficulty locating it in marina square lo. only knew where the outlet at central was located. so we ended up asking for directions. haha. and it happened to be devil goh's lucky day too! meeting someone whom she has been pinning for lo. so 有缘 oh.


the menu was filled with so many different pasta tat we took a long long time to make our choices lah.

spent my sunday shopping @ orchard. and i met a few familiar faces who were shopping there too! so i shouldn't feel too guilty abt my shopping since since many others are indulging in the same activity as me! hoho~

yeah! friday has finally arrived after a long long wait. feeling so relaxed now because no need to wake up early for work tmr! time for a much needed break from the terribly boring training sessions lo.


fanny was conveniently left out of this photo by the photographer!! it's so funny cuz she's always the missing from our grp and now tat she's present, she's being left out of our grp photo. hahaz.

carried out walkthrough testings during the training in the afternoon. and we liked it so much that we even continued it after work lo. we practically walked through the whole stretch of boat quay and clarke quay in search of a decent place to have dinner lah. and we eventually ended up Manhattan Fish Market @ Central whereby we managed to get $4 discount vouchers plus a further 10% discount. purely because we were contemplating of changing place while in the queue and the sort of manager of the day heard our conversation. so tink he offered us those discounts to make us stay on the queue lah. not a bad tactic afterall. gd customer service too. haha.

i'm feeling so shagged after less than 2 weeks of work. *sigh*

the first wk was not so bad cuz we were in penang. still quite a relaxing training. but tis wk had been bad lah. went into all the technical aspects already. and oso gotta do hands on practice. more to come in the following days. *faint*

and haven been feeling too well tis wk too. had diarrhoea on monday night. den went to see doc on tue after work without realizing tat the doc at my place here is oso under the company. so it shld haf been free lah. den came wed which was worse cuz i vomitted in the toilet. and oso felt giddy during the training. so decided to take half day mc. came back to see doc again and it's free tis time. hurr.

wad a bad start for the week lah. but luckily i'm feeling so much better today. hopefully it continues to stay tis way. tink i gotta build up on my health le. i shall start gg to the gym for a start. yesh. u'll see me all geared up in my sports attire on sun all ready for a sweat out on the treadmill. hoho.

i tend to flare up easily nowadays. especially when i see things undone. and sis is probably right. i should try to control my temper. but u shld try to do ur part too ok. dun keep saying but never do lah. den later will say 'oops i forgot' forgetfulness is not an excuse lo. if u do things right on the spot, u wun ever forget right. so why not? so let's all change for the better!!

TGIF tmr! i haf only weekends to look forward to nowadays. tat's the sad reality of working life. boo~

Work has officially started. spent the past one week in Penang for training. it was certainly tough fighting against the sleepiness during training. and the modules were all superly boring. wasn't paying much attention most of the time lo. and i'm sure many had fallen asleep at some point in time. but one good thing is tat we are paid to be trained. haha.

heard of how fantastic the food are in penang. but i found it so-so only lo. and shopping wise certainly can't be measured up to that in hong kong and taiwan.

DAY 1


off to penang with sis~


devilz oso starting work together~


flew off in SIA on 13th Aug which marked the first official working day in EY.


discovered stains in the cup from which we drank our tea! wad has SIA been doing?!?!


had a rest at the hotel lounge upon arrival. were actually waiting for the lunch buffet to be ready lah.


first lunch buffet in Evergreen Laurel Hotel in Penang.


our spread for lunch. were amazed by the variety of desserts but it only looked nice. wasn't tat fantastic afterall.


gathered in the ballroom after lunch for some group activities. this is the place where much boredom had been built up because our training lessons were held in here.


one of the partners even haf got slide handouts for addressing us!


formed our groups and started to play tis similarities and differences game which were never collected. waste of time only.


our group's resume. we named ourselves 'Evergreen' aka '永绿'

our hotel room. big and clean! 5 star indeed! managed to swap rooms so tat i can share one wif sis. lucky us if not dunno how we gonna survive wif our stuffs all mixed up. but everyone else were changing rooms too lah. not surprising since we all prefer to share room with familiar people rather than strangers lo.

breakfast buffet. we had buffet for all our meals lah. and 2 tea time a day. can see that i haf put on much weight liao lo.

headed to a pub after shopping. but it wasn't tis pub. tink devil lim juz anyhow took tis pix one. haha. we were at 'Soho' pub lah.


DAY 5


klunch @ Gurney Plaza. a lunch set with drinks and desserts for only ard RM10. so cheap!

we all bot quite a few dou sha bing and ma ti su back home. and it's from a famous brand in penang. tasted and proven so! hee~


the plane which brought us back home. and it happened to be overbooked. needed volunteers for a later flight by offering RM300 lo. if it was S$300, i'm sure dere would be a long queue of volunteers lah. including myself. haa.


"the twins are finally not together!" tat was the comment made by TTC when we settled down on the plane. cuz one guy sat on the wrong seat which was supposed to be mine. and sis was supposed to be seated beside me. but i decided not to change seat with the guy since he seemed to be seated comfortably with his newspapers alr. ended up sitting wif Hanna instead. but she has been a good company nevertheless!


i had the window seat and got the rare chance to see the clouds up-close. but tis pix wasn't taken by me lah. haha.
