dinner yesterday was supposed to start at 7.30pm. but we ended up waiting for more than an hour b4 it was served. not because the cook was slow. but because we had to wait for some who were superly late. so usual.. we did some self entertaining throughout. hurhur. and luckily we had good food after the long wait. 3 big crabs and drunken prawns. wad a feast. but was too busy eating tat i forgot to take down some photos of the food le. hahaz.

juz cleared my cupboard. realized tat i had a whole stack of notes and books accumulating up. dunno wad to do with them and dey are definitely taking up much space. such a trouble. but at least i managed to clear my shelves to prepare for the new sem ahead. sianzzz... going off to continue youtube-ing le. its so addictive. but i'm glad i found such free mode of entertainment. hoho~~

had been raining these two days. so nice to be able to hide at home. but the sad part is the slow internet connection due to taiwan earthquake. so its affecting my youtube-ing progress. already at last episode of 1 litre of tears. but cant seem to be able to load it well. had been trying since yesterday. sianz.. and sis laptop is even worse. cant even sign in to windows messenger. haa. so i'm glad mine is juz slow but can still work. hur.

results came out earlier in the morning. a great relieve to be able to clear derivatives. and even got an acceptable grade for it. haa. din haf tat great expectations for all my modules since my coursework sux. so i'm definitely happy and contented with them. tho no A for any of my core modules. but still i tink its my best liao. 知足常乐mah. hahaz. average person having average grades. definitely seem satisfactory for me. haa.

last sem in ntu is really juz round the corner. cant say i'm looking forward to it. cuz i think i would miss sch. studying is much better than working. at least dere's no need to study 5 days a week. unlike working. especially auditing. will certainly be slogging like hell. wish tat i could remain a student forever. haa. but on the other hand, wanna quickly go out to earn fix monthly income. to be able to buy the things i want is definitely a luxury. hee. such contradiction there. boo.

was back at national dental centre again. wasnt supposed to go back after removing my stitches last thurs. but apparently the dentist forgot to remove one of the stitches lo. so gotta go back dere to remove it. waste my time going back there again for a half a minute procedure. tis time the dentist did a thorough check to ensure no stitched are left inside my mouth. which i tot was supposed to be done the first time i went to remove lah. and luckily no payment needed if not will my mum will certainly be displeased. haa. such careless act which certainly caused much inconvenience to the patients!! see how sad sis in the above pix. but dun be mistaken oh.. i'm the one who had suffered the pain of extraction of 4 wisdom teeth!! hahaz...
den went vivo-ing after tat since it was 顺路. and shopping certainly came at a cost. hahaz. so poor me now. 穷ah.. and oso poor sis. she's not only穷lah. she's also 病了 too.. hur.. anway bought a particular skirt from lver. and realised tat the cashier din remove the security tag only after we got home lah. quite weird tat we could walk out of the shop with the security tag lah. so had to make a trip down to the shop again. but luckily no need to go back to vivo. went down to its other outlet at bugis instead. and we realized tat the shop actually got no security barrier at its entrance. so its weird lah. got tag but no barrier to detect. or is dere a in-build on which we cant see. and i'm being sua ku. hahaz. anyway at least the sales persons were all quite nice. they got apologized for the mistake lo.

moral of the story is tat human do make mistakes. hahaz. juz a little inconvenience caused in my case. but its ok and i'm tolerable of them. part of my learning to become a more patient and nice person.. hur hur..

A new online shopping website for cheap taiwan clothes at www.in-stincts.com. no longer need to worry abt reliability cuz its set up by a friend. hahaz. so do visit it cuz per-orders are now on!! i haf already made my order and payment le oh. eagerly awaiting all my spree items to arrive. some items are really taking very long. especially a bag and 2 shorts which i ordered from some tw spree from other websites. its been like going to 2 months already lah. sianz...

no plans for today. still trying to finish the tw show '剪刀石头布'. only left 2 episodes liao. so sent my sis to hop onto the mahjong table since my aunt and grandma are here for a mahjong session. me got chip in some $$ for my sis lah. so muz wish her good luck. hahaz.

got quite a few things which i need to do b4 sch starts. one of the item on my to-do list is definitely gg for a hair cut. wanna haf a trim so tat it will be neater. but one fear of hair cut is that my rebonded hair may chui lah. and i haf no $$ to rebond again soon!! sad~ next up would be teaching my mum how to use the new mac book. gonna be a difficult task lo. den also need to nua and slack all i can. only left 2 weeks to the start of a hectic sem. sigh. tough life ahead. results gonna be released soon too. a cause for worry again. it has become a fact by now. juz gotta face the music ba. boo.

haf been trying to post tis cute doraemon up for the past 2 days. but was unable to do so! something was wrong with picasa2. or perhaps it was due to the revamp of blogger website. or maybe because connection was slower due to the rainy seasons. wadever. lousy.

will be going to remove my stitch today. finally. hopefully it wun hurt tat much. i'm so afraid of pain!! haa.. who issnt by the way?? hurhur..

dad finally replaced our almost 10 yr old desktop to a new mac laptop. looks cool. but its quite heavy. and since we nv used mac b4. gotta spend much time figuring it out. and tat was wad we did yesterday night. and the most terrifying event was when we inserted a dvd and it got stuck inside the drive for more than an hour!! if anyone noe how the mac book is like.. u will noe tat dere's simply no way to force it out. so cant only keep trying out all eject methods. finally brilliant me managed to get it out. yeah. a great sigh of relieve for dad and me. hahaz. so the moral of the story is to seek help whenever in trouble. cuz i went to help index and find out wad to do in such situation. and the method works. haa.

ok.. going to set off for national dental centre soon liao.. shld go get ready now..

finally upgrading from a small laptop screen to the big threatre screen this week. 3 upcoming movies which i am catching for the next three days...
first up is eragon! will be watching it in abt 2 hours time at the Cathay.
next up for tmr is deja vu!! heard from yl that its a high thriller show. a muz watch so i'm not gonna miss it oh.
and the last movie for the week will be the curse of the golden flower. mum oso seem interested in it but too bad she din expressed it earlier. so will be watching it w/o her le. hahaz.

but the sad part is that i haven remove my stitches lo. den cant eat tibits while watching movies. boo. unless i can find nua nua food. but tibits are meant to be crunchy. enjoying movies with tibits is a must lah. me can only indulge in the movies w/o food le -sob sob-

started my first monthly disposable contact lens today. used to wear permanent ones. but wanted to try out monthly one cuz its more convenient. no need for those troublesome maintenance. seems quite ok as i'm wearing it now. hopefully it goes well and i will be able to wear it for my bangkok trip next yr w/o the hazzle of bringing so many solutions to wash my permanent contacts. would definitely love to switch to monthly one in view of the start of my hectic working life next yr too! haa..

currently hibernating at home. either watching vcd, youtube-ing or online shopping. such a nua life. but i'm loving it. hahaz. sis going out later to buy present. but poor me stuck at home. cuz still recovering from my extraction of wisdom teeth. cant believe all 4 of my wisdom teeth are gone now. wun be bothered by them ever again. hur. and i'm glad i made the right decision of extracting all 4 at one go. cuz if i had extracted only 2, i would definitely not go back to pluck the other 2 lah. cuz the process is real scary. hahaz. although it really doesnt hurt tat much now, but still quite afraid to bite solid food. so still consuming liquid food lah. hopefully this recovery week will help me get rid of some fats too. heh. i'm oso trying not to talk too much or open my mouth too widely. for fear of pain lah. hahaz. anyway tink today is much better le. no longer biting on gauze. but dunno if its still bleeding inside. but at least i dun taste blood lah. oops. getting disgusting liao. hurhur. so i shall stop here and go find some tv to watch le oh. hoho. i love slacking!! if only my holz can be longer... -daydreaming-

once the decision has been made, it will be finalized. no point looking back and regret. tink the most important thing is to look forward and see how far i can survive in this competitive corporate world. determination and perserverance is the key. but of cuz the most crucial element is being able to 忍受the long working hours and heavy workload. but as wad my dad says.. its ok to suffer now as we are still young. muz try to take this opportunity to learn as many thing as possible. to widen knowledge and improve skills. hmmm.. sounds like those model interview answers. hahaz. but i believe he's talking from his experience. and so i tink it's an important mentality which i shall keep in mind. ok. the choice has been made. so i will juz live with it. but obviously not for the rest of my life. hahaz.

gonna start preparing to set off for chalet le.. away from my virtual world for the next few days makes me feel uneasy. worrying abt my emails abt my sprees. shitty. hope tat dey do haf internet access over dere. i cant live without my laptop and internet!! boo!!!

think my photos will be similar to my sis de lah. cuz using the same photos to post up. but dun care. hahaz.

went to merchant court to haf buffet. food was juz normal. onli like the sashimi and fresh oysters. hur. after buffet nothing much to do so went vivo-ing. again. yesh. second time in a week. wanted to watch movie but couldnt find a suitable one. den started walking ard aimlessly. no one has better plans. think next time we meet muz really plan in advance. think of some more meaningful activities to do. like going kbox or even cycling. if not our poor yl is gonna get bored again le. hahaz. and yl actually bought the same dress as us from online spree. juz tat it's different in colour. and its not the first time le oh. so next time muz be careful of wad i wear when we meet out le. dun wanna end up wearing the same oh. would be like having another twin. hahaz.

anyway sis n i ended up buying clothes from forever21. after the rest left for home. cuz we were waiting for our parents who were also vivo-ing. and one of the clothes is a top which i ordered online but was out of stock la. so we ended up buying it here. which is more ex. but the main point is tat its nice!! hahaz. but den think i muz try to curb my spending le. going broke soon at tis rate. luckily i will be hibernating at home for the whole of next wk. juz need to restrain from online spree-ing and i shld be able to maintain my account well. so hopefully i wun find see any nice clothes from those online sprees lah. muz learn to resist temptations! shall focus on my vcds and youtube-ing from now on...

experienced double stress today. one for interview and another one for subject registration. but i muz say i really wasnt tat nervous abt tis morning interview. afterall i haf already gotten 2 contracts on hand. so went into the interview quite relaxing but ended up getting stressed up because my interviewer was the same as my sis's. the first thing my interviwer said when i entered was not "hello".. instead it was "oh, i interviewed ur sis yesterday!" tis made me start feeling nervous because i would expect most of my answers to be similar to my sis lah. den will show tat i haf no integrity cuz qns not supposed to be leaked out. hahaz. but anyway i still got the offer from DT. but wun be going for the cocktail function cuz i dun like networking lah. oso got no qns to ask. but i'm still caught between EY and DT. based on my feelings from the interviews, EY seems to give me the warmer and more at ease feel. but heard tat DT's welfare is not bad too. *sigh* dunno which to choose...

as for the stress during subject registration, its the twice a yr thingy which everyone faces. but its also the last chance to experience such an exciting event le. hopefully. hahaz. think my heartbeat actually raced to its maximum at 1.30pm sharp when my screen was loading to show me if i managed to get it lah. hahaz. but i muz say i'm super lucky today. cuz the timetable was really sucky. not much alternatives. so if cant get wad i had initially planned, would end up with 5 days week for my last semester lo. but heng heng i managed to get it for all my modules la. so my timetable is super neat and nice. 3 days week. but i'm still a little worried abt my GE lah. high probability of me not passing bf307. meaning i need another 3au GE. and it could possibly means a 4 days week le. keeping my fingers crossed and praying hard tat i can scrape thru lah. but anyway results wun be out soon. so i shall juz continue to relax and enjoy my last holz until the release of results day ba.

i'm gonna haf a busy week ahead! my schedule for the next 2 weeks:
0412 mon: go help my cousins install webcam and bring them out to watch Open Seasons - babysitting job again. =(
0512 tue: deloitte interview in the morning and subject registration in the afternoon - stressful day neh but hopes that all will turn out well
0612 wed: merchant court buffet treat by jh and finally get to meet up with jc clique after the busy sem - time to indulge and engage =)
0712 thur: time to bring my contacts for servicing b4 it starts hurting my eyes and accompany mum out in afternoon - finally some personal time
0812 fri to 1012 sun: chalet at SRCC - away from the rest of the world becuz no internet for 3 days!!
1112 mon: widom teeth extractions - Ouch Ouch!! will i survive it??
1212 tue to 1712 sun: hide at home to nurse my wounds - my chance to 减肥le (i'm trying hard to be optimistic lah)

dun even haf the time to nua in front of my youtube!! tat is so sad because i'm currently pursuing 剪刀石头布oh. seems like a funny show. and realized tat i haf quite a few vcds to watch. got 2 sets of HK lawyers serial. juz started on one yesterday. and will be getting My Girl vcd too. guess i will make use of my time after my wisdom teeth extraction to pia all the shows le. hahaz. oso dun haf time to go play mahjong even though was jio-ed to one. haiz. where has my carefree holidays gone to??

completed two sessions of interview with KP and EY. and i finally secured a job le. which means i dun hefta worry abt not having income after my graduation. which would definitely be saddening if there's no income cuz it means no shopping. hoho. anyway got offered contracts from both the company. but it doesnt shows that i'm outstanding lah. cuz practically most of the people i know who went got it too. haa. so still deciding which one to choose. but there's still deloitte interview next week. so will wait and see if dey are willing to accept me b4 i make my final decision ba. but i'm more inclined towards EY lah. hee...


anyway, after two days of interviews, my feet have become SAD FEET le. no longer the HAPPY FEET. those covered heels had definitely succeeded in torturing my toes. so now i have a total of 6 blisters on both my feet. poor feet. poor me. even had to buy a pair of slippers after my KP interview to relieve my pain. luckily there are shoes stores at raffles xchange. hahaz. oh.. saw sis's blog abt how 伟大 she was. accompanying me to EY interview yesterday. and even waited for me for an hour. but its really not my fault to make her wait so long la. its juz tat there were so many pple waiting. think the interviews were progressing too slowly. resulting in such big crowd waiting lo. but ya.. i recognize ur patience ok.. my 好小妹.. hahaz.. going off to watch tv now and rest my feet le. hopefully dey can recover soon b4 my next interview.
